"La La Rosy" is the fitting name that Sarah McTeer Ogburn gave her magical rosy maiden.  La La holds a bowl of koi and is draped in a gown which teases and partly hides her form.  What gives her away is the splashy tail among the kelp flowers.  La La Rosy, a mermaid especial.
