Stacy Lewis "Nubian Goat" at the Joyful Jewel

"Nubian Goat"
Stacy Lewis
Watermedia on Canvas, 12" x 12"
$90

Just as beautiful as the "Goats on Parade" in Pittsboro is this watermedia painting by new artist Stacy Lewis.  Titled "Nubian Goat" he prances among the posies showing off for anyone who will watch, and on his own even when no one is watching!  I think he is a great role model for each of us -- let joy rule the day!

Hey don't eat the sweet peas!  You can have all of the vetch and I'll pet your sweet head.  Ooohhh what a sweet boy . . .  Shannon Bueker seems to always elicit this type of reaction, as if her painting has come to life and is telling you a story.
