        This gorgeous bag is almost too elegant to be called a tote bag.  I bought this bag premade from a silk supplier, because the quality is so beautiful.  I used professional silk dyes and gutta to dress up the outside with a jewel-colored oak leaf and dragonflies, lined in silver gutta.  It’s made of 100% silver dupioni silk which has a rich, slubby texture. and is fully lined with cotton canvas.  There’s a pocket and a zippered pouch sewn inside. It's been lightly Scotchguarded and can be spot cleaned.  The bag is 12.5" tall, 13.5" wide and has a 6.5" gusset, so it will hold almost everything you can think of!                                                                                                  ~Janine Maves
