Judy Hogan "Farm Fresh and Fatal" book at the Joyful Jewel 11-21-14

"Farm Fresh and Fatal"
Judy Hogan
Mystery Book, 209 pages

A holiday is coming - time to read a new mystery by Judy Hogan with just the right twist for Thanksgiving dinner.  "Farm Fresh and Fatal" is a who-dunnit set in a Farmer's Market where an unpopular poultry agent has been poisoned, apparently after drinking fruit punch provided by the market manager. Absorbing reading for a cold cold evening.

  1. Thanks, Mariah, I'm delighted your touting Farm Fresh and Fatal. The fictional village in my mystery novels is a lot like Pittsboro, and I sold vegetables and bread at the Pittsboro Farmers Market in 2008-9. I still go to that market and give out free poems. My new poetry book, written beside the Haw River, This River: An Epic Love Poem, is due out Dec 1, and I'll be bringing some copies to Joyful Jewel, where I'm very happy to have my books on sale. Cheers, all, Judy Hogan
